Delivery & Ordering Enquiries

When will I receive my order?

All Inverclyde and Glasgow shipping addresses will be included in our in-house deliveries which take place Thursday and Friday of every week. Cut off for local delivery is Wednesday at 12pm for the week, deliveries thereafter will be included in the following week's delivery route or courier delivery can be requested. All other UK delivery addresses please allow 5 working days for delivery. 

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched! 

When will my ‘pre-sale’ order be dispatched?

When our products are on pre-sale, production has been scheduled but not finalised. Therefore whilst your product is not quite ready for you yet, you are guaranteed to get your hands on the bottle/product when it is and no risk of getting there too late when its sold out! 

All pre-sale products are usually in general sale in around 2 weeks, but you can find more information on when you will receive your order on the product page in the information section.

What options are available to receive my order?

You can select either collection or delivery methods for your Inverclyde Gin Order. Requests can be made for next day delivery with an additional shipping fee by emailing us atenquiries@inverclydegin.co.ukwith subject “Next Day Delivery Request” - please include your order number and shipping address and we will get back to you with more information to fulfil your request.

I am looking to order lots of bottles, what should I do?

If you are looking to purchase multiple bottles, you should contact us via email enquiries@inverclydegin.co.ukwith the number of requested bottles and a member of the team will be happy to help.

I have placed an order but not received a confirmation email.

Collection Option Enquiries

How can I collect my order?

Collection dates are limited to a Wednesday and Thursday of every week. If you require to collect your order on another day of the week please contact us atenquiries@inverclydegin.co.ukwith subject “Collection Date Request” - please include your order number and requested collection date and a member of the team will be happy to help!

Where can I buy a bottle of your Gin?

If our site is just a bit too far away to fulfil your gin needs, you can pick up a bottle of Inverclyde Gin at any of our fantastic stockists found here. 

Where do you ship to?

Given current circumstances with Brexit, we only directly ship to UK and Northern. Ireland. For International Shipments, please check the shipment areas for Master of Malt and order a bottle through their website!
