We thought we'd give you a lovely refreshing bartender creation this week, perfect for an alfresco afternoon lunch!
40ml of Inverclyde Gin
15ml of Grenadine OR flavoured gin liqueur
20ml of Lemon Juice
10ml of Sugar syrup
Soda Water
Prosecco
Add the first four ingredients into an ice filled wine glass
Top with half prosecco and half soda water
We garnished ours with fresh rhubarb and pomegranate but mixed berries would also do the trick!
