Al Capone's gang smuggled in an extremely harsh gin that required Creating cocktails with more ingredients, such as citrus fruit and sugar. The drink apparently became very popular with Al Capone and his associates, and christened it the Southside. With the Clyde's rich heritage of smuggling, we put our own spin on the cocktail!
