Because of the smooth and sweet nature of our Old Thom Gin, it makes the perfect gin base for your shorter martini style cocktails!
40ml Old Tom gin
3 cherries muddled
10ml Lemon vanilla* syrup
25ml Fresh lime juice
*150g sugar, 100ml lemon juice, 1tsp vanilla extract
Shake all over ice
Strain and garnish with lime peel
